Starker Körper - Starker Geschmack - Eigentlich hätte diese Kaffeesorte die vollen fünf Sterne verdient, aber ebend nur eigentlich. Zu einer Bewertung von 4/5 Sternen komme ich auf folgende Weise: Der Kaffee hat einen sehr reichhaltigen Geschmack, fast schon explosionsartig breitet er sich im Mund aus. Was man beim Abfüllen, Mahlen und Zubereiten des Kaffees schon erahnen konnte, wandelt sich in der Tasse in einen intensiven, leicht nussig-schmeckenden Genuss. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf die Zubereitung mit jeweils frisch-handgemahlenem, in einer Bodum-Kanne zubereiteten Kaffee. Die \"Einstufung\" von lediglich einer \"Bohne\" für Stärke und Koffein würde ich auf zwei \"Bohnen\" verdoppeln. Der fünfte Stern fehlt aus folgendem Grund: Wahrscheinlich gibts es noch bessere (!) Kaffeesorten, welche wirklich volle fünf Sterne verdient haben, welche ich aber noch nicht getestet habe, sprich ich muss mir meine Messlatte einfach noch nach oben hin offen halten. Vielleicht würde auch schon der Anbau nach Bio-Norm oder der Transfair-Handel einen halben Stern mehr bedeuten =)
