100% service and product quality. That's why we roast almost every day
and ship all items as soon as possible. Even if transportation takes a
few days, you will receive a real fresh coffee most of our competitors
are unable to provide.
If any product fails to meet your expectations, we will replace it or
refund the price. Please understand that we cannot refund shipping costs.
Should you need to return a product, please contact our Customer Service
Team and we will arrange everything for you. Please be aware that food
items, i.e. coffee, tea, cookies etc. are not returnable. At no point
of time you have to risk something.
If you have returned a product, we will arrange a charge-back to you credit
card. Please do not initialize this by your own because of additional
service fees we cannot cover in this case. We can only refund the product
price and no customs tax, shipping costs or costs which have been paid
for money transfers etc.
If you operate as a retailer and / or purchase for business needs, Gourvita
has to sign a special liability contract. To obtain a valid contract,
please contact our special wholesale department. If your order without
this contract, all orders are processed as regular standard orders and
Gourvita is not reliable for loss of earnings and fixed timings.
